  1. There are so many good reasons to eat spinach. It’s easy to prepare – eat it raw in a salad or just saute with a little olive oil and garlic and you’ve got a great side dish. Just be careful to buy a lot, as it really shrinks when you cook it. Even kids will typically eat creamed spinach.
