Unless you have a race or marathon the next day, avoid carbs at bedtime. When you eat sugar late at night, it’s more likely to be stored as fat. Additionally, it raises your blood sugar levels, causing insulin spikes. Over time, this can lead to weight gain, insulin resistance, low testosterone, diabetes, and heart disease.

  1. If you cut out or at least cut down the intake of sugar, white flour, snacks, delicatessen, you won’t gain weight and you can decrease the chances of getting a heart or malignant diseases.

    So, unhealthy foods are bad for your weight, but also for your general well-being and health.
